Welcome to the website for the Glenageary (near Dún Laoghaire) branch of the Master Ding Academy (MDA) for Tai Chi Chuan. We have Tai Chi classes every Thursday in Glenageary. We have beginners classes available.
St. Paul’s Parish Centre is a new community facility built on the grounds of St. Paul’s Church and is readily accessible by car or Dart. It is a modern building and the room has peaceful views overlooking the church grounds making it a lovely venue for Tai Chi training.

Chris DavalaChris has been training with MDA since 1996 and has over 20 years experience in Tai Chi Chuan. Chris has also trained in Wado Ryu Karate and is a qualified Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioner providing Acupuncture and Chinese Herbs.
